877bat Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

Welcome to 877bat. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and 877bat ("we," "us," or "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of 877bat's website at 877bat.im, all associated mobile interfaces, and any games, services, promotions, or features made available through the platform.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on 877bat, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use 877bat's services.

These Terms apply to all players based in Pakistan and internationally. Where Pakistani law or regulations impose additional requirements, those requirements apply alongside and in addition to these Terms. 877bat reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When registering an account on 877bat, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 877bat reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, proof of address, or payment method verification.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 877bat will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must notify 877bat support immediately at support@877bat.im if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

877bat maintains the right to close accounts that have not been verified within a reasonable period, to freeze accounts during ongoing verification, and to reverse any withdrawals pending identity confirmation.

All financial transactions on 877bat are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion applied to deposits or withdrawals. 877bat does not charge transaction fees on deposits or standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — check your Easypaisa or JazzCash terms for details.

877bat offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits. These terms are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read before claiming any offer.

All games available on 877bat are sourced from licensed and regulated game providers. Random number generators (RNG) used in all games are independently tested and certified by recognised testing laboratories to ensure that outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by 877bat or any third party.

Live dealer games are subject to the rules of the applicable game as shown in the game interface. In the event of a technical fault during a live dealer game — including stream disconnection or dealing errors — 877bat and the game provider reserve the right to void the affected round and return stakes to all players who placed bets in that round.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the game provider's server logs are considered the definitive record and override any information displayed in the player's browser or app. 877bat will review all game-related disputes in good faith but decisions made after review of server logs are final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 877bat and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating more than one account for any purpose, including claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing restrictions
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the 877bat platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting any technical error, miscalculation, or software bug for financial gain — any winnings derived from a known error are not valid and will be reversed
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or other competitive formats
• Using funds derived from criminal activity or attempting to launder money through the 877bat platform
• Providing false identity information, misrepresenting your age, or using another person's identity or payment method
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate deposits made to 877bat
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where 877bat's services are explicitly prohibited, using VPNs or proxies to disguise your location
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts the operation of the 877bat platform or damages its reputation

877bat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity
• A court order, regulatory requirement, or instruction from a competent authority
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be flagged for closure with prior email notification

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for operational reasons unrelated to player conduct, any genuine balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method subject to standard identity verification.

Players may also close their own accounts at any time by contacting 877bat support. Players who wish to exclude themselves for responsible gaming reasons should use the dedicated self-exclusion tool described in Section 9.

877bat is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. We recognise that for a small percentage of players, gambling can become harmful. We take this seriously and have implemented a range of tools to help Pakistani players manage their activity on 877bat.

877bat collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering with 877bat, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

877bat uses your personal data to operate and improve the platform, verify your identity, process transactions, detect fraud and money laundering, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with you about your account, promotions, and updates. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data only with payment processors, identity verification providers, game providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law.

All data transmitted between your device and the 877bat platform is encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology. Personal data is stored on secure servers and is subject to regular independent security audits.

All content on the 877bat platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, images, and software — is owned by or licensed to 877bat. All rights are reserved.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any 877bat content without prior written permission. The 877bat brand name and logo may not be used in any context that could create confusion about the source of content or imply endorsement by 877bat without explicit written consent.

Individual game titles, graphics, and sounds are the intellectual property of their respective game providers and are used on 877bat under licence.

877bat provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 877bat's liability to any player is limited to the balance held in their 877bat account at the time the liability arises.

877bat is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond our reasonable control — including internet outages, payment processor failures, server disruptions, or force majeure events. In such cases, 877bat's obligation is limited to returning any affected stakes.

877bat does not accept liability for gambling losses. All play on the platform is at the player's own risk and discretion. We strongly encourage all Pakistani players to treat gambling as entertainment rather than a source of income, and to play only with funds they can afford to lose.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 877bat is licensed to operate. By accepting these Terms, you agree that any dispute arising from your use of 877bat will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws in Pakistan provide otherwise.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, we encourage all players to contact 877bat support to resolve disputes informally. 877bat commits to responding to all formal complaints in writing within five business days and to working in good faith toward a resolution. The vast majority of disputes on 877bat are resolved at the first level of contact with the support team.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the game provider's independently audited server logs constitute definitive evidence. 877bat's decision following a review of those logs is final at the platform level. Players retain their legal rights to pursue matters through appropriate regulatory or judicial channels.

877bat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — particularly those affecting player rights, bonus conditions, or payment terms — 877bat will provide at least seven days' advance notice by email to registered account holders and through a notice displayed on the platform's homepage.

If you disagree with any amendment to these Terms, you may close your account before the changes take effect and withdraw your balance. Continued use of the 877bat platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically — the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.
